Vegan superfood nice cream

A quick recipe, that will replace your typical ice cream. I always have frozen peeled bananas in my freezer for when a craving hits. This version is high in nutrients, contains no added sugar and can be eaten as a dessert or a sweet breakfast!

 

Ingredients

2 frozen bananas

1/2 cup unsweetened nut milk

Splash of filtered water

1 scoop vegan chocolate protein powder

1 tsp acai powder

1 tsp maca powder

Optional toppings: chia seed, hemp hearts, cacao nibs, berries, sprouted granola, etc.

 

Instructions

Add all of the above ingredients; omit toppings.

Don't add too much liquid, you want this to be the consistency of soft serve ice cream.

Top with whatever you have on hand. The ingredients can be altered.
