Vegan Energy Omega Bites

All it takes is four ingredients for these chewy omega banana bites. You can add cacao nibs or cacao powder to make these chocolate bites. The best thing is these are gluten free, refined sugar free and extremely healthy. Perfect to grab before the gym. 

 

Ingredients

3 mashed ripe bananas

4 cups gluten free rolled oats

1 cup nut butter (I used peanut)

1/2 cup ground flax seeds

 

Instructions

Combine all ingredients and roll into golf ball sized balls.

Store in an air-tight container and keep refrigerated.
