Raw Vegan sesame ginger dressinG
You can use this sauce for a vegan or raw vegan noodle dish or even use it as a salad dressing.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons raw tahini
1 tablespoon raw nut butter (I like raw almond butter)
1 teaspoon fresh or ground ginger
1 teaspoon pink salt
1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons coconut aminos
1/2 cup cold filtered water
1 garlic clove
Instructions
Blend together all ingredients, in a high-speed blender or food processor, until smooth.
I use this sauce for salads or a cold raw-vegan kelp noodle dish. You can also toss with warm noodles or veggies.
